For our uniform clients, if you are not completely satisfied with your Sample we will gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, packaging complete, or defective items, within 30 days of receipt of delivery of sample. Please send the original sample with the return authorization number on the outside of the package. All samples are invoiced for tracking and pricing. Samples must be shipped pre-paid, preferably United Parcel Service(UPS).

Your sample invoice will be promptly credited to zero. Return samples after 30 days of receipt OR without a Return Authorization will be billed to the client and a PO will be needed. Custom Samples are NOT returnable and will be credited and/or applied to the Purchase Order. One Sample per style is the maximum allowed and all samples require the client’s account to be in good standing. An additional restocking fee of 25% will apply to garments returned after 30 days or garments that require cleaning due to client use. We reserve the right to change and modify this policy.
